What we record, and what we don't

Visits to this site

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It records the page you looked at, the country and city your connection appears to come from, your device type and the site that sent you here. It does not set cookies, does not record your name or email, and does not build a profile of you across other websites.

We do this to know which pages are worth keeping — the lawful basis is legitimate interest. If you would rather not be counted, any standard ad blocker stops it, because the script lives on a host they all block.

If you join the early-access list

We store the email address you give us, the club name if you fill it in, and the date. That is the whole record. It lives in a Cloudflare database in our own account — we do not pass it to a mailing-list company, sell it, swap it, or add you to anything you did not ask for.

We use it once: to email you when a place opens. Reply to that email asking to be removed and the row is deleted, not flagged.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will do it.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that affects you, the change will appear here before it takes effect.
